• Cabin nestled on 5 acres of private property with National Forest bordering two sides.
• Only 117 miles from Phoenix, approximately 2 hours. (MAP)
• Cabin was built in the late 1990's, 2500 sq. ft. and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
• Additonally, there are two sleeper sofas in the living room and a very large loft upstairs that could accommodate your own sleeping bags, futons, air mattresses, etc.
• Could sleep 10 (on beds) to 20 (on floor).
• The large master bedroom is upstairs with a King Bed and attached bathroom, and the two smaller bedrooms are downstairs each holding a full size bed.
• The cabin is within walking distance to Patrick's Pond, and close driving distance to Black Canyon Lake (INFO) and Willow Springs Lake (INFO).
• There are a few convenient stores within 2 miles, and the closest grocery shopping is in Heber, Arizona approximately 13 miles away.
• The elevation of Forest Lakes is 7500 feet and is generally 25-30 degrees cooler, making the summer weather a wonderful reprieve from the hot Phoenix sun.
• The cost is $1,000/week or $250/night.
• There is a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee.
• To book your stay we require a $200 deposit that will be deducted from your final cost.
